★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oplichters. Mijn vriend en ik wilden woensdag op donderdag nacht vanaf Amsterdam centraal naar Amsterdam noord. Zegt de taxichauffeur: "de Ijtunnel is wel dicht trouwens, dus we moeten omrijden via de ring". Vinden wij raar, dus de chauffeur spreekt een van zijn collega's aan.
"De Ijtunnel is dicht toch?"
"Ja," bevestigt zijn collega.
Wij vertrouwen het niet en bestellen een Uber. Vervolgens worden we netjes naar huis gebracht. Via de Ijtunnel.
Scammers. My boyfriend and I wanted to go from Amsterdam central to Amsterdam north on Wednesday on Thursday night. The taxi driver says: "The Ijtunnel is closed by the way, so we have to make a detour via the ring". We think it is strange, so the driver approaches one of his colleagues.
"The Ijtunnel is closed, right?"
"Yes," confirms his colleague.
We don't trust it and order an Uber. Then we are neatly taken home. Via the Ijtunnel.
