Minder goed: vaak lang moeten wachten, niet goed kunnen communiceren. (Alleen de eigenaresse spreekt wat Nederlands)
Tips:
-foto tonen van wat je wil
-als je iets wil uitleggen, probeer met wat handgebaren erbij of de eigenaresse erbij halen, zo lukt het wel
-alleen gaan als je niet gehaast ben
-op voorrand bellen en aangeven wat je wil laten doen en om hoe laat, dan krijg je blijkbaar voorrang (?)
 Good: quality, attentive, careful, competitively priced, customer-oriented
Less good: often having to wait a long time, not being able to communicate well. (Only the owner speaks some Dutch)
Tips:
-show picture of what you want
-if you want to explain something, try with some hand gestures or get the owner involved, that's how it works
-go only if you are not in a rush
-call ahead and indicate what you want done and at what time, then you apparently get priority (?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twee verschillende personen zijn bezig geweest met mijn nagels. Ze waren erg afgeleid en werden steeds onderbroken. Ook spraken ze geen woord Nederlands of Engels, hierdoor is heldere en duidelijke communicatie onmogelijk. De nagels waren niet netjes gezet. Een week later liften alle nagels en breken ze stuk voor stuk af. Ik moet nu al een nieuwe set laten zetten. Daarnaast zijn mijn nagelriemen helemaal beschadigd en is eentje zelfs ontstoken. Hier ga ik vanzelfsprekend niet meer terug.
Two different people have been working on my nails. They were very distracted and constantly interrupted. They also did not speak a word of Dutch or English, making clear and clear communication impossible. The nails were not neatly set. A week later all nails lift and break off piece by piece. I have to get a new set put in now. In addition, my cuticles are completely damaged and one is even inflamed. Obviously I won't be going back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like that you get passed around the ladies. I like to be helped by one person, but hey, that's me. It can be crazy busy, so expect to waaaaaiiiit. No system in place to see who's first and who's next, so ask the customers who got here last before you have to fight.
