Vanaf het begin hadden we maar een doel: het kweken van paddenstoelen op een duurzame wijze in balans met mens en natuur. We kweken onze paddenstoelen op hout afkomstig uit de bossen van Flevoland, maar ook uit rest van Nederland en Europa afkomstig van FSC gecertificeerde bosbouw.
De paddenstoelen groeien in natuurlijke omstandigheden met het ritme van de natuur, slow food en dat proef je terug in de smaak. Door de paddenstoelen natuurlijk licht te geven, vormen de paddenstoelen extra voedingsstoffen, die wij als mens nodig hebben.
