A	All of the Above on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff, she explained everything really well and was super friendly. We did managed to finish both rooms we did without hints but they definitely weren't to easy and really well thought through. Everything made sense. We were told that most groups need a few hints to get through the rooms but I don't know if that's true or just to boost our egos ?

We booked an escape room for 6 persons but 2 of us were not able to be there in time because of a traffic accident. They never joined us in the room. Soon after I contacted the company to request a refund for two of those people (and instead pay the increased rate for the remaining 4 of us). I've called 4 times and each time they would say they would pass it on to the person that decides on this matter. When I asked who was the responsible employee on this matter they would say it was the employee I already spoke with twice, very odd. Never heard from them again and didn't get anything back. Also sent about 5 e-mails but no reply whatsoever.
L	Lord Alderaan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! We did the Steampunk Experience and not only were the puzzles challenging and different, the rooms themselves were also uniquely crafted. Without spoiling too much a beautiful mechanical iris and a bubbly talking brain were among our favorites. Definitely recommend!

There was a technical problem that the game master didn't see and we waved at talked to the camera but nothing happened, they didn't respond. Opening the door with force didn't work. For 15 minutes we tried things and waved more often, then they printed a hint. We suppose they were distracted. It ruined the night. We talked to the game master, they accepted the feedback but that's it. Go to any other escape game, these things really shouldn't happen.

Hints provided when struggling and slow-of-brain! Did the Steampunk room which took us 72/75 mins to complete, good value for money, we'd happily try another room next time!

I’ve played with four friends, we chose the Steampunk room and I totally recommend it (it’s okay for beginners as well). The room we played was big, with many games inside, well decorated and engineered. It was a lot of fun also for my friends that never tried it before. The staff is friendly and nice, and they accommodate the customer requests. In my opinion the best escape room tried so far in Amsterdam, can’t wait for the next round!

We liked it so much that we booked Judgement Day for the next day, and thoroughly enjoyed that one too (make sure to wear comfy clothes forv that one ;) ).
