We zijn al 5 kilo's kwijt sindsdien en kracht gaat erop vooruit! Personeel is vriendelijk, het is luxe, niet te druk en altijd schoon. Been training here since September and am very satisfied! I always look forward to coaching sessions with Renee. We have already lost 5 kilos since then and strength is improving! Staff is friendly, it's luxurious, not too crowded and always clean.

En als je dan de sportruimte inloopt en direct vele bekende gezichten ziet en iedereen spontaan het gesprek met mij of met elkaar aangaat dan besef je dat het sociale aspect en de buitengewoon vriendschappelijke sfeer die bij Mylife altijd aanwezig is toch wel het onderscheid maakt met andere sportscholen, die ik ook vaak genoeg van binnen heb gezien, en realiseer je je dat dat "thuiskomen" net zo belangrijk is als het sporten zelf. Tijdens de lockdown kom ik er weer achter hoe My Life er mede voor zorgt dat ik lekker in mijn vel blijf zitten. Wát heb ik de lessen gemist van de goed opgeleide train(st)ers en de gezelligheid met de mede sporters. Tijdens de lockdown was er meteen gewerkt aan een online rooster maar daarbij mis ik toch echt de persoonlijke gezelligheid die ik in de sportschool zelf wel voel.
