I find it a pity that MyParcel does not obey the regulation of Belastingdienst regarding VAT charge of the goods/parcels sending to Non-EU countries. Belastingdienst clearly states: β€œWanneer u goederen exporteert naar niet-EU-landen of opslaat in een douane-entrepot, brengt u 0% btw in rekening aan uw afnemer. Het maakt hierbij niet uit of u levert aan een ondernemer of aan een particulier. U moet wel de export aantonen.” I am appreciated that one staff gave me a clear explanation: MyParcel provides service, therefore the VAT should be charged on the service. I understand and thus ask them to specify the costs of service and delivery costs. Because the delivery costs surely should be 0 % VAT. The other staff replied that: β€œYou can always place your orders at PostNL directly. They can meet your requirements.” And therefore they did not give a reasonable reason on charging the VAT that should not be charged. I so do not recommend MyParcel if you wish to send parcels to non-eu countries. And I find the way one staff replies customer’s emails not very acceptable.

I had a problem with the setting up of my parcel shipping from Shopify and Soedesh was an aboslute Star. He helped me and answered all my questions with very clear & calm explanations :) Thank you Soedesh Now For us, MyParcel is the perfect App for Shopify shipping lables!

Haven’t send anything yet but the support I’ve got today is awesome! Really professional and ready with tips, tricks and explanations with lots of patience! Had a really good talk over the phone with one of the employees o/t back office as a welcome! Going to promote to other businesses!

delivery of my packages was late couple of times and recently one of my package with the value over €1200 was β€˜missing’ for almost a month! They don’t care!! Seriously!! Been calling many times for the investigation but the answer was very simple!. β€˜It’s missing - we can’t do anything’! It was a huge package - 100x50x50 cm!! It can’t be missing!!!! I’ve called the post.nl as well but unfortunately, they are not able to give me an answer because I’ve booked my package trough myparcel!
