★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Varor har fortfarande inte kommit trots utlovad leverans inom 20 arbetsdagar. Ingen information om när eller om varorna ens kommer då de enligt customer service inte ens börjat tillverkas
Goods have not yet arrived despite promised delivery within 20 working days. No information on when or if the goods will even come, as according to customer service they have not even started to be manufactured

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geben Lieferzeiten für Produkte an und haben die Stoffe oder Schaumstoffe gar nicht bevorratet. Ursprünglich 3 Wochen Lieferzeit. Nach 5 Wochen war noch nicht mal der Stoff vorhanden. Es war also 5 Wochen lang schlichtweg gar nix passiert. Es werden demnach vorsätzlich falsche Lieferzeiten angegeben. Haben nun Frist gesetzt und stornieren dann, tätigen Ersatkauf und berechnen Kostendifferenz an MyPilloo weiter.
Specify delivery times for products and do not have the fabrics or foams in stock. Originally 3 weeks delivery time. After 5 weeks the fabric wasn't even available. So nothing had happened for 5 weeks. Accordingly, wrong delivery times are deliberately given. Have now set a deadline and then cancel, make a replacement purchase and pass the cost difference on to MyPilloo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haft minst 20 kontakter med detta skojarföretag för att få dem att leverera två dynor och 1 m extra tyg från april till juli.(utlovat var 16 dagar som kunde bli 20 i covidtider) När tyget kom idag(10 juli) är det snedkapat så bara 95cm. De håller aldrig vad de lovar och kundservicemedarbetarna är förvisso trevliga men helt osakliga (pratar om hur deras marginaler påverkas när de måste göra två skick istället för ett osv). De skickar mail om när leveransen ska komma, men det är bara ett automatgenererat påhittat datum, så ta inte ledigt från jobbet. De skyller den ena sena leveransen på den andra delen i ordern men när det ska pratas kompensation så har de absolut inget med varandra att göra. De svarar aldrig på mail. Undvik detta företag! Avoid this company!
Had at least 20 contacts with this prank company to get them to deliver two cushions and 1 m of extra fabric from April to July. (Promised every 16 days that could be 20 in covid times) 95cm. They never keep their promises and the customer service staff are certainly nice but completely unreasonable (talk about how their margins are affected when they have to do two things instead of one, etc.). They send emails about when the delivery is to arrive, but it is only an automatically generated date, so do not take time off from work. They blame one late delivery on the other part of the order, but when it comes to compensation, they have absolutely nothing to do with each other. They never respond to emails. Avoid this business! Avoid this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst service. Got an email Monday that delivery would be Tuesday. After I had still not received anything by Thursday, I tried contacting them, again Friday and again Monday the week after. Still haven't received anything and still haven't heard from them. Stay away from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered squabs and seat pillows for our sofa group. The seat pillows were good and as expected. The squabs however, were terrible. The flocky filling was visible through the fabric. But most of all, the width was 5 cm less than we wanted when ordered. As we had 2 squabs in a row in the sofa, 10 cm was missing. When we made a claim, we were told that we should have added extra cm:s on top of what we needed... But how can we, as normal consumers, know how to do that? Isn't this what we pay the professionals to do? No, never again MyPilloo.
