Im wondering how u can get in touch if u have any issues with the shipment. It means payment is done , package on they warehouse and u u never how it will goes since u will never get answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The package was torn up and not restored by Swedish customs. All the sand and substrate for my aquarium was loose in the package. The delivery was promised after 3 days but took 8 days it is not OK.
