β β β β β I looove escape rooms in general, but this outdoor escape game "A secret sender" was so much better than my expectations! It was such a pleasant experience! I just loved to explore the amazing city of Amsterdam with another perspective, the puzzels are creative, challenging but not in a frustrating way. Just perfect, looking forward for more β₯οΈ

β β β β β I've enjoyed this experience tremendously. It's made with so much love and attention to detail, and provides 2 hours playing time through one of the nicest cities in the world, all fitting in one shoulder bag. It takes all different areas of a good playing experience in the outside world into account: the bag is provided for carrying the elements of the game, the contents are not too heavy to carry around and during the experience the pace is relaxed enough to be able to take a break while thrilling enough to be excited to continue.
The puzzles are fun and original! As a local, they challenged me to look differently at the places I've visited hunderds of times already, discovering new aspects and details. By incorporating the buildings and sites of the city and combining them with cyphers, beautifully detailed lasercut elements and original puzzle mechanics, it feels not only fun but also historically accurate and educational at the same time.
Highly recommend doing this adventure if you want to discover the city and it's history as a tourist or rediscover Amsterdam as a local.

β β β β β Very nice experience in the heart of Amsterdam. Ben the organiser is extra nice the tour and clues are well done. The tour makes you see differently the key spots of the historical districts of Amsterdam. Available in different languages. Great for families and groups of friends !

β β β β β What a great experience with Mystery City in Amsterdam. Emily was an amazing host, the game is good (not too difficult, not too easy) and you get shown around several places in the city, including places you might not go to on your own.
We stopped a few times for a beer and nibbles along the way, so we took a bit longer than the 2,5 hours advertised on the site, but Emily ensured us prior, this would be no problem (we started early in the day).
Thanks so much! Highly recommend!

β β β β β The outdoor escape game A Secret Sender was everything I hoped it would be - an excellent blend of mystery, history, fun and relaxation. As there's technically no time limit it lends itself very well to breaks on sunny terraces after completing one or more puzzles. The props provided gave a clear idea of what to do, the puzzles were original and I loved that they used Amsterdam architecture as a keystone (pun intended). All in all it was the perfect adventure and I look forward to any further games Mystery City produce!

β β β β β The game is really fun, and based on accurate facts from Amsterdamβs history, unlike any other games Iβve played. Lasts about 2 hours which is perfect and really takes you through the main parts of the city. The game is challenging enough but not too difficult either. We played as a group of 3 friends and would really recommend it to other groups, locals or tourists! Thanks Emilie for being a great Game Master !!

β β β β β Really great experience, we had such a good time exploring the city and best of all it takes you through parts of Amsterdam you wouldn't necessarily go to without. The staff were great help and had a good laugh, especially the young woman who greeted us and gave an immersive intro into the story, helped the whole time and directed us when needed! Overall great time and would definitely recommend even if you have been to Amsterdam and think you've seen it all, these games show you the parts you almost definitely missed.

β β β β β Really well done. The woman at the shop was informed, friendly and very helpful. The puzzles are on the easy side but its just what you need for a nice walking tour of Amsterdam. Great way to see the city.
