★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An unprofessional and unreliable service from Rowena mahawan. I viewed a apartment in Utrecht through N.H smeding holding B.V, shortly after the viewing I was told I would be contacted regarding my paperwork, I sent all the relevant documents over and I was strung along for a period of time with no clear answers and I told Rowena that I needed an answer yes or no as soon as possible and she never had the decency to get back to me even after I explained that my housing situation is very sensitive and I needed to find a new place to live.
I wasted a lot of time and effort to not be treated with respect. I would avoid finding property’s through this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This agent, Ashley, fell out of the sky and into my email inbox regarding availability of an apartment. Having spent the past 3 months searching fruitlessly and almost fully giving up, and having been through countless scams and dodgy dealings with other agencies around Utrecht, I felt like receiving Ashley's email was divine intervention.
She is the most helpful, wonderful and professional agent you could meet. She took time to organise a private viewing for me within a few hours and made me feel like her biggest priority at every step of interaction.
I really cannot express emphatically enough how excellent my experience with Ashley has been and how far different it is from other agencies.
I felt respected, seen almost as a friend instead of a business opportunity.
I will go out of my way to recommend her to anyone I know, but for now, please don't look ANYWHERE else!
Unfortunately the real estate market is saturated with dishonest and unprofessional people.
I felt I could trust Ashley the moment we spoke on the phone. She assured me clearly about the way her agency operates, no hidden fees, clear and simple contract which I was INVITED to comment on.
I really could go on and on. This is literally the only professional agency I have found in Utrecht, Nieuwegein and surroundings.
Exceeds expectations on every level.
