J	Jane Miles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte kwaliteit, werken te haastig waardoor je nagels er uiteindelijk slecht uit komen te zien, je kan je nagels beter ergens in een krot laten doen dan hier Poor quality, work too quickly which will eventually make your nails look bad, better to have your nails done in a hovel than here

Vanwege slechte reviews had ik wel heel duidelijk afspraken gemaakt over de prijs voor de behandeling. Het lijkt erop dat ze naar vorige reviews hebben geluisterd Needed pedicure for calluses and cracks. Was able to go in 10 minutes while I had to wait days or weeks with others. Due to bad reviews I had made very clear agreements about the price for the treatment. It seems they have listened to previous reviews
J	Jenn K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze werken hier slordig wat de service betreft. Er staan daar altijd te weinig medewerkers terwijl iedereen wordt binnen gelaten. Als het te druk is geven zij aan dat je het beste een afspraak kunt maken en zodra je voor je afspraak komt zeggen ze dat je niet in de agenda staat, wat overigens een kladblaadje is met een paar krabbels. Omdat het er vaak heel druk is, werken ze vaak overhaast waardoor het resultaat soms niet al te best is. Dus nee geen aanrader! They are sloppy here as far as service is concerned. There are always too few employees there while everyone is let in. If it's too busy they tell you that it's best to make an appointment and as soon as you come for your appointment they say that you are not in the agenda, which by the way is a scrap of paper with a few scribbles. Because it is often very busy, they often work hastily, so that the result is sometimes not too good. So no, not recommended!
A	Anne en Amber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben hier met 2 vriendinnen naar toe gegaan eerste vriendin had alleen maar dezelfde persoon en de andere moest half uur wachten het was heel druk binnen en niet op anderhalve meter. Toen ik in de stoel zat werden mijn nagels helemaal dun geveild en ze doen nu heel veel pijn. Er werd 3 keer gewisseld en moest soms ook lang wachten omdat een van de werknemers ook met iemand anders bezig was. Na dat we de winkel uitgingen konden we bijna niks zoveel pijn deed het ze hebben ook stukken van onze huis weggeveild en veel wondjes. Ga hier niet naar toe ben aan t hopen dat mijn nagels niet verpest zijn. Went here with 2 friends first girlfriend only had the same person and the other had to wait half an hour it was very busy inside and not within a meter and a half. When I sat in the chair my nails were auctioned all thin and they hurt a lot now. There were 3 changes and sometimes had to wait a long time because one of the employees was also busy with someone else. After we left the store we could hardly do anything so much it hurt they also auctioned parts of our house and many wounds. Don't go here hoping my nails aren't ruined.
H	Heidi Spijker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had een afspraak voor nagels lakken (gewone nagellak, geen gellac of acrylnagels) en pedicure. Ze waren een half uur te laat, ondanks mijn afspraak. Ze werken ongestructureerd waardoor ik uiteindelijk ruim 2 uur binnen heb gezeten (eerst mijn nagels knippen, dan van een andere klant.....mijn voeten vijlen, dan nagels lakken van een andere klant etc etc). Daardoor geen persoonlijke aandacht en onnodig lang wachten en in de chemische lucht gezeten. Slechte (lees GEEN) afzuiging voor de chemische luchten. Ook erg onhygiënisch (ze gebruikten dezelfde nagelknipper en andere instrumenten voor mij en een andere klant die ook pedicure had), ze knipten in mijn teen (tot bloedens toe). Alles contant betalen en geen kassa/bonnetje (riekt naar belastingontduiking). De gebruikte gewone nagellak heeft mijn nagels beschadigd. Ik kom hier nooit meer terug. Dan maar een tientje meer betalen, maar dan wel een betere dienstverlening en product. I had an appointment for nail polish (regular nail polish, no gel polish or acrylic nails) and pedicure. They were half an hour late despite my appointment. They work in an unstructured way, so I ended up being indoors for more than 2 hours (first cutting my nails, then that of another customer.....filing my feet, then painting another customer's nails, etc.). As a result, no personal attention and unnecessarily long waiting and sitting in the chemical air. Poor (read NO) extraction for the chemical airs. Also very unsanitary (they used the same nail clippers and other tools for me and another client who also had pedicure), they cut my toe (until bleeding). Pay everything in cash and no cash register/receipt (smells of tax evasion). The regular nail polish used damaged my nails. I'm never coming back here. Then only pay a tenner more, but then a better service and product.
M	Monica Cebuc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was all nice until they asked me to pay. On the price list the cost was 25 eur for pedicure and 16 for manicure. On the pedicure chair she told me the cost is 30eur. I said OK. At the pay desk she said it's 35 eur. I argued about it and she said OK for 30 and charged me 20eur for manicure too!! And then she said the PIN machine was not working. So I paid 50 eur for a 41 eur service and no receipt or anything. It completely ruined the experience for me...
R	Rosi Rivera Morlet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. I went to take off my gelish and my nails ended up really damaged. Besides that, they are not clear with the prices, they are different from their price list, and when it comes to pay, they ask you if you can pay with cash. I said no, and argued it was gonna take “longer”. Finally they don’t give receipt, I asked for one and just printed something with the amount I payed, not specifying any of the services.
N	Negar Nazokkar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to enter their Salon in LeidscheRijn, since I do not speak Dutch they weren’t able to help me at first so I was told to return when their English speak employee works! (It was ok for me as I live nearby) one week later I booked for Manicure and Gellak. Salon was Clean and It was pleasant to enter, They let you choose your color and ask you for the treatment you want. The lady who did my nail was from Singapore and was nice go talk to. The treatment took more than 45 minutes which was long for this type of salons specially.( I read The google reviews before I went and actually it wasn’t bad at all) She applied three layers of Gellak plus topcoats ( the final look was OK not perfect several times I had to ask for correction and she did) for the price you pay I think it is ok, You can see the photo from final work and later I will upload a photo after two weeks. I have been to almost every homebased/individual salons in this area but if you looking for an affordable salon I think you should try this.
