M	Marianella Cathalina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet klantvriendelijk, ongeïnteresseerd, terwijl ik er zat kwamen 2 klant en die ik eerder weg had zien gaan, terug. Lak zat er niet goed op en de ander had blaadjes op de lak. Ze verstaan je niet, want op diverse vragen die ik stelde kreeg "32 euro" te horen. Mijn French manicure was niet egaal, er zaten allemaal prikkels op het witte deel. Dit kon gebeuren begreep ik. Ze kon het opnieuw doen en "misschuen" dat het er dan wel goed uitzag. Daar had ik geen zin meer in, zonder garantie op verbetering. Toen ik vroeg of ik zelf de acrylnagels kon lakken en daarna remover zonder aceton kon gebruiken, zei ze dat er altijd aceton in remover zit. Het werd een welles-nietes verhaal. Kortom, dat waren de laatste 32 euro die ik daar heb uitgegeven!!! Geen ster waard. Not customer friendly, uninterested, while I was there 2 customers came and I had seen them leave earlier. Lacquer was not well and the other had leaves on the lacquer. They do not understand you, because on various questions I asked you were told "32 euros". My French manicure was not smooth, there were all stimuli on the white part. This could happen, I understood. She could do it again and "misschuen" that it looked good then. I didn't feel like it anymore, without a guarantee for improvement. When I asked if I could paint the acrylic nails myself and then use a remover without acetone, she said that there is always acetone in the remover. It became a well-being story. In short, those were the last 32 euros I spent there !!! Not worth a star.

Toen ik terug ging met een klacht werd ik niet serieus genomen en wilde ze me opnieuw laten betalen???? Bij TECO nails (tegenover) hebben ze het gratis voor me gerepareerd. Die mannelijke collega verpest en beheerst overigens de hele sfeer in de zaak. KOM HIER NIET Poor quality, nails fell off in a few days. When I went back with a complaint I was not taken seriously and wanted to make me pay again ???? At TECO nails (opposite) they repaired it for me for free. That male colleague is ruining and controlling the whole atmosphere in the business. DO NOT COME HERE
R	Roshan Alrashid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mooi gedaan, de vrouw die mijn nagels had gedaan was enorm lief, maar het moet wel beter gedaan worden aan de zijkanten van de nagels, voor de rest was alles goed, schoon en goeie qualiteit. Bedankt. Very nicely done, the woman who did my nails was very sweet, but it needs to be done better on the sides of the nails, everything else was good, clean and good quality. Thank you.

Er werd echter elke keer kleur roze gepakt (allemaal zelfde kleur roze) de mw die me wou helpen werd na 1x aangegeven dat het niet de juiste kleur was, al helemaal geïrriteerd en vroeg haar collega om mij verder te helpen want ze wist het niet meer. Heel erg onaardige mw, had helemaal geen zin om normaal te communiceren en steeds heel luid, en vervelend door het hele zaak te schreeuwen in eigen taal! Heel erg onbeschoft! Een andere klant ging ook klagen over haar nagels en daarna ging ze weg. Alle medewerkers bleven minimaal 20 min over de klant praten en haar uitlachen. was zo erg om te zien hoe ze met klanten omgaan. echt afrader om je nagels daar te doen en zo behandeld te worden. Requested powder nails today, I wanted color beige and had also indicated it on the dolls they had there. All employees continued to talk about the customer for at least 20 minutes and laugh at her. was so bad to see how they treat customers. really not recommended to do your nails there and be treated like that.
C	Cees Reitsma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ten eerste.ik kwam daar binnen en kon gelijk zitten voor me nagels en opeens zag ik de zilvervisjes over de muur en op de grond echt te smerige zaak word totaal niet schoongemaakt.ten tweede die bazin die ik dus had die was echt arrogant en kon geen lachje van haar gezicht af heel de tijd word er niks gezegt behalve in het Chinees en dan maar lachen dus met andere woorden word er over je gepraat dat wis ik gelijk.en je nagels worden snel snel vlug vlug gedaan ziet er niet uit.dus mensen ik zeg je GA DAAR NOOIT HEEN TE SMERIG. De nagels worden zo mooi afgewerkt en totaal niet haastig gezet in tegenstelling tot andere nagelstudios in zuidplein. Het was echt een goede prijs di het zeker waard was. Voortaan ga ik hierheen. I was helped as soon as I walked into the store. The nails are so beautifully finished and not rushed at all, unlike other nail studios in Zuidplein. It was a really good price which was well worth it. I will go here from now on.

When one of the workers there finished my nails there were still small white pieces hanging. The acrylic powder was applied poorly because it didn't cover my nails fully and the shape looked bad. I ended up fixing my nails at home by myself. What a waste of money!! Not to mention the personnel. They are so rude and disrespectful, I was actually uncomfortable the whole time I was there.
