★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben voor het eerst bij nails & spa by eva geweest. Ze waren zo en zo onaardig. Tot niet klantvriendelijk. Ik ben me voeten gaan doen. Ik wou eerst nep nagels op mijn tenen, zonder dat ze het goed vragen zegt die dame , ik zou niet lakken want jou voeten zijn niet mooi, had ik ze gezegt van volgens mij zei ik wil eerst nep nagels voor dat jullie gaan lakken, dan komen ze zeggen kijk naar buiten kan je mooie jongens zien, ik heb ze gezegt ik hoef niet naar Jongens te kijken, die dame was klaar met me, gaat ze een andere klant helpen zegt ze tegen die wauw mooie tenen heb je, dit is mijn eerste en mijn laaste keer dat ik naar hun ga, het heeft me echt geraakt!.
 I went to nails & spa by eva for the first time. They were so and so unkind. To not customer friendly. I started doing my feet. I first wanted fake nails on my toes, without her asking well, the lady says, I wouldn't paint because your feet are not beautiful, I would have told them I think I want fake nails first before you start painting, then come they say look outside can you see beautiful boys i told them i don't have to look at Boys that lady was done with me is she going to help another customer she says to those wow nice toes you have this is my first and my last time going to their, it really touched me!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wauw.. beste nagelsalon van zaandam!! Nog nooit zulke mooie nagels gehad. Vriendelijke dames die er werken en ze luisteren goed. Twijfel niet en maak snel een afspraak!!
Wow.. best nail salon in Zaandam!! Never had such beautiful nails before. Friendly ladies who work there and they listen well. Don't hesitate and make an appointment soon!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totaal willekeurige prijzen. Ik ben hier voor de tweede keer geweest. Vorige keer heb ik voor pedicure incl. Shellac 30€ betaald, deze keer 35€ zonder Shellac voor 10 min eelt verwijderen. Ik was natuurlijk in de war en liet zelfs de 30€ afboeking van mijn rekening zien, maar kreeg van hun alleen een “ne dat kan niet”.
Zo verlies je dus klanten en bouwt een negatieve reputatie op. Ik zou iedereen van Eva Nails afraden!
Totally random prices. I've been here for the second time. Last time I paid €30 for pedicure incl. Shellac, this time €35 without Shellac for 10 minutes to remove calluses. Of course I was confused and even showed the 30 € debit from my account, but only got a "no that is not possible" from them.
So you lose customers and build a negative reputation. I would not recommend Eva Nails to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for the first time and I was quite skeptical about it to be very honest. The rates what they have mentioned is not correct. They charge you more than that. On top of it I wasn't satisfied with the service. I went there for a pedicure and manicure but came back getting pedicure done because the lady who did it for me was not at all interested in doing so because most of the time she was laughing and talking to her friends and hardly did cleaning and scrubbing. Highly disappointed.

Whole procedure was painfull, working lady was obviously new, she was not very careful and when I asked them to fix my nails ( because what she did is not nice at all ) she said that is “maximum” what she can do. Terrible service, I had to go to other salon to fix it. Big dissapointment ?
