★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen vrijdag 26 juli 2020 was ik hier geweest om m'n haar te laten kleuren, nadat de kleur de eerste keer fout gegaan was en ik ontevreden was werd dat gelukkig wel opgelost, alleen werd m'n haar nog geknipt, terwijl ik eerst aangaf dat ik eerst wilde kijken of de eerste kleur naar wens was voordat m'n haar geknipt werd, vervolgens werd m'n haar op de slechtste manier geknipt en tegen m'n scheiding in waardoor mn haar nu extreem scheef en slecht geknipt is en dan ook nog teveel er van af ook, terwijl ik duidelijk aangaf dat ik alleen de puntjes er af wilde, vervolgens is er afgeknipt waarvan de kapster vond dat er af moest, vervolgens heb ik die klacht ingediend aan te telefoon of maandag gehoord te krijgen dat dit m'n fout was? vrij onprofessioneel dit, klant is altijd koning, het is zeer niet klant vriendelijk om tegen je klant te zeggen dat een slecht kapsel hun schuld is, ik kom in ieder geval nooit meer terug
Last Friday, July 26, 2020 I had been here to have my hair colored, after the color went wrong the first time and I was dissatisfied that was fortunately resolved, only my hair was cut, while I first indicated that I first wanted to see if the first color was satisfactory before my hair was cut, then my hair was cut in the worst way and against my parting, so that my hair is now extremely crooked and badly cut and then also too much off, while I clearly indicated that I only wanted to get the dots off, then I cut off what the hairdresser thought should be removed, then I filed that complaint on the phone or on Monday I heard that this my fault was? quite unprofessional this, customer is always king, it is very not customer friendly to tell your customer that a bad haircut is their fault, at least i will never come back
