★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 weeks renovation took over 6 months and estimated costs were completely incorrect, ending up costing us much more than “safe estimation”. Hardly any project management was provided though out the whole renovation. The end bill included work that was not done, however no explanation what was then included to the work was provided even though they argued job being done. No compensation was provided in the end. Cannot recommend.
Edit: From our side there cannot be a surprise on this feedback, based on the face to face discussions with our PM, as well as having it all in black and white on email communication. Anyways, for us the renovation continued until end of year, so this was the moment to reflect on the overall project and rate the providers. I wish you only the best for the future.
