Negatief: Onprofessioneel, klantonvriendelijk, nare/ gespannen sfeer.
De laatste keer dat ik hier mijn nagels heb laten doen, is als volgt gegaan.
Natasja bekeek mijn nagels en berekende een prijs voor het opvullen van de acryl. Deze was echter duurder dan een nieuwe set. Dat vond ik vreemd, dus vroeg haar hoe dit duurder kon zijn. Meteen reageerde ze -vel en snauwerig- met 'dit zijn nu eenmaal de prijzen'. Opnieuw probeerde ik het uit te leggen wat ik vreemd vond, weliswaar op een andere manier, maar omdat zij 'het me niet kon uitleggen' haalde zij haar vriend erbij, zodat hij 'het mij kon uitleggen'. (dit is zo letterlijk gezegd).
Vanaf dat moment begonnen zij beide -met stemverheffing- te beargumenteren dat de prijzen klopten gepaard met opmerkingen als: 'dan ga je toch weg?!' en 'dan zoek je toch een andere nagelstyliste?!'
Ik ben er toen ook vandoor gegaan.
Positive: Delivers beautiful nails and takes time.
Negative: Unprofessional, customer-unfriendly, nasty / tense atmosphere.
The last time I had my nails done here went as follows.
Natasja looked at my nails and calculated a price for filling the acrylic. However, this was more expensive than a new set. I thought that was strange, so asked her how this could be more expensive. Immediately she responded - skin and snarling - with 'these are just the prices'. Again I tried to explain what I found strange, although in a different way, but because she "couldn't explain it to me," she called in her friend so that he "could explain it to me." (this is said so literally).
From that moment on, they both began to argue - with a rise in votes - that the prices were right, together with remarks such as: "are you leaving?" and 'then you are looking for another nail technician ?!'
I also ran away then.
