As mentioned, your knowledge of the course in combination with practical experience while keeping your focal point on the topic makes you an exceptional instructor. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended PMP Bootcamp 2021 hybrid/agile course facilitated by Ben Ziskoven. The course content was very thorough & touched on a lot of required knowledge domains.
Ben was very approachable & friendly and shared a lot of professional examples which resulted in interesting discussions. A good part of the last day was spent on practice exam questions which provided an insight on exam technique.
This course fulfils PMP requirements of 35 PDUs & I am happy to recommend Natural Communication team to other prospective students.

The instructor was professional, well structured، and flexible. He was not just simply reading from slides , he had shared a lot of practical experiences, tools, techniques and case studies. During each module he was highlighting related exam questions and he was using efficient teaching methodology by presenting visuals and charts that supporting the texts. The provided materials was really good including e-learning, notes during online sessions, exam test simulators and examples. I truly enjoyed it and motivated for more learning development with the same team. Thanks to Ben Ziskoven and knowledge academy for this wonderful experience!
