Not reachable by mail and telephone, unless it is to the benefit of the company itself. Lousy customer service, mistake upon mistake on the part of the company. Promises are not kept.

The shipment keeps missing...I wonder what's going on!!! Not a good feeling about this organization. They also do not respond to email inquiries about my order!!
