★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heerlijk gebied om te wandelen (laarzenpad door de uiterwaarden een dan over de dijk terug is 5km) , vogels te kijken, en te lunchen, koffie te drinken of een ijsje te halen bij de Vreugdehoeve.
Wonderful area for walking (boot path through the floodplains and then back over the dike is 5 km), bird watching, and have lunch, drink coffee or get an ice cream at the Vreugdehoeve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is een mooi wandelgebied langs de uiterwaarden van de IJssel. Bij wat lager water kun je een hele route lopen langs/over de uiterwaarden, op dit moment staat het water te hoog. Je kunt wel naar het vogel uitkijkpunt huisje. Je kunt gratis parkeren, vlakbij de Vreugdehoeve. Er lopen met regelmaat ook koeien en paarden.
It is a beautiful walking area along the floodplains of the IJssel. At somewhat lower water you can walk a whole route along/over the floodplains, at the moment the water is too high. You can go to the bird lookout house. You can park for free, near the Vreugdehoeve. There are also regular cows and horses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooi gebied. Langs de IJssel lopen. Tevens een vogelspot hut. Diversiteit aan natuur aanwezig. Veel vogels. 2 wandel routes aanwezig van om en nabij 5 km. Vlakbij gelegenheid voor een hapje en drankje in de vreugdehoeve.
Natuurgebied ligt langs de route van rondje Zwolle.
Nice area. Walk along the IJssel. Also a bird watching hut. Diversity of nature present. Many birds. 2 walking routes available from around 5 km. Near opportunity for a snack and drink in the joy farm.
Nature reserve lies along the route of the Zwolle circle.
