Er was een klein probleem met de vloer legger die vanwege ziekte uitviel, maar dat werd snel opgepakt en er werd extern een vakman ingehuurd om de vloer te leggen waar we meer dan tevreden over zijn. Prachtige afwerking en zijn nog elke dag blij met onze vloer! Good and smooth service from Owner Rutger. There was a small problem with the floor layer that failed due to illness, but that was quickly addressed and a professional was hired externally to install the floor, which we are more than satisfied with. Beautiful finish and are still happy with our floor every day!

Het ligt er super strak in en we zijn erg blij met de kleur (daar hadden we van te voren nog wat discussie over thuis ?). Zeker aan te bevelen! Beautiful floor bought from Natural Wood. Fine help in the showroom, everything neatly delivered and also praise for the Ruud, the parquet expert. It is super tight and we are very happy with the color (we had some discussion about that at home beforehand ?). I recommend it!

Natuurlijk hout heeft een perfecte vloer geleverd om deze aan te leggen aan de oude vloer. samen met Parketeur Harry hebben ze de vloer mooi door laten lopen, en zie je geen verschil tussen de oude vloer en de nieuwe vloer. Schitterend gewoon. We have an 18-year-old Jatoba wooden floor, and have now had an extension of 3 meters added to the living room. Natural wood has provided a perfect floor for laying it on the old floor. together with Parqueteur Harry they let the floor run smoothly, and you do not see any difference between the old floor and the new floor. Simply beautiful.

The actual wood (oak parquet) is ok, not great or anything and not smooth, walking on it in thin tights without slippers is not recommended, it ruins tights. And everything around the process of laying or rather not laying the floor has been a completely nightmare. A subcontractor who acted up and refused to lay the floor but still charged us for it. Having been through this now, I wouldn't recommend the place that works with such subcontractors. We came all the way from Rotterdam, but it wasn't worth it in retrospect. Very unfortunate experience...
