★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim tweeënhalf jaar geleden ben ik bij Natuurlijk Nancy gestart met
bootcampen op de vroege vrijdagochtend. Waar ik vooraf aangaf dat groepssporten niet zo mijn ding was beleef ik nog steeds enorm veel plezier aan de trainingen. Een reden waarom ik mij ook heb aangesloten bij de maandagavond Hitt training. Daarnaast ben ik maart vorig jaar ook gestart met Nancy als voedingsdeskundige met als doel om op een gezonde, verantwoorde manier een gezond gewicht te bereiken. In alles wat zij doet is Nancy deskundig en heeft een scherp oog voor detail. Door haar enthousiasme houd ik het sporten gemakkelijk vol en blijk ik mijn grenzen steeds weer een stukje te kunnen verleggen. Hierdoor blijf ik niet alleen mooi op gewicht, maar blijk ik ook in staat om mijn grenzen in het hardlopen te verleggen.

In addition, in March last year I also started with Nancy as a nutritionist with the aim of achieving a healthy weight in a healthy, responsible way. Nancy is knowledgeable in everything she does and has a keen eye for detail. Because of her enthusiasm I easily keep up with sports and I seem to be able to push my boundaries a bit again and again. Because of this I not only maintain a nice weight, but I also seem to be able to push my limits in running.
