Aangezien mijn moeder in een burn-out stadium terecht kwam en daardoor veel slaapproblemen ondervond door een aantal factoren in de privésfeer die veel stress met zich meebrengen die zij de laatste jaren had meegemaakt. Om van haar slaapproblemen en stress verlost te worden hebben we een aantal prettige consulten met Gaatze gehad om de oorzaak en klachten inzichtelijk te krijgen. We hebben hierdoor de juiste supplementen Rhodiola Rosea en Crenulata complex plus Kudzu extract en een dieet- en leefstijladvies gevolgd. Daarnaast CBD olie voor meer wat het gewenste resultaat tot gevolg had en geeft meer rust, ontspanning en bevordert slaap.. Mijn moeder slaapt 's nachts weer stukken beter en is veel rustiger geworden en is meer ontspannen. Mijn moeder is hier zeer blij mee en daarom zijn wij Gaatze hier zeer dankbaar hiervoor. De begeleiding van Gaatze is professioneel, met veel persoonlijke aandacht en liefde. Hij houd goed rekening met de persoon die bij hem is, en voelt goed aan wat er wel of juist niet nodig is. De ceremonie wordt gestart met een aantal yin yoga oefeningen, ter ontspanning en voorbereiding op de kambo. Al met al een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar geestelijke en lichamelijke zuivering. I've done a kambo ceremony at Gatze. The ceremony is held in a pleasant setting where you quickly feel familiar. The guidance ofgaatze is professional, with a lot of personal attention and love.
