Alle accommodaties dienen te passen bij de filosofie waarbij huurders het water direct beleven, zittend in de living, met een duik vanaf het terras of via een boottocht (met eigen of via Nautic Rentals gehuurde boot).

Nautic Rentals is gestart met de verhuur van woningen aan het water in 2009, inmiddels verhuurt de organisatie tientallen woningen op verschillende locaties. In de historische binnenstad van Zierikzee is het hoofdkantoor gevestigd en hier verzorgt een team van enthousiaste medewerkers de back-office, op de locaties heeft Nautic Rentals receptiekantoren of samenwerkingsverbanden met lokale partijen voor de front-office functies.

R	Rudalis Rudalis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Ferienhäuser direkt am Wasser mit Liegeplatz an der Terrasse für das Boot. In dem von uns gemieteten Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden was man für die Zeit dort braucht. Auch sind Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und Backofen vorhanden. Geschirr in ausreichender Anzahl. TV mit allen EU Sendern, sowie LAN- bzw. W-LAN kostenfrei. Grosses Bad mit Toilette, Gäste WC, 2 gr. und ein kleineres Schlafzimmer .Wohn und Essbereich sind auch großzügig gehalten. Durch die Fussbodenheitzung auch bei kaltem, stürmischen Wetter schön warm. Gerne werde ich dort wieder buchen. Lief alles super Problemlos. Beautiful cottages right on the water with mooring on the terrace for the boat. In the house rented by us everything is available what you need for the time there. Also dishwasher, microwave and oven are available. Crockery in sufficient number. TV with all EU channels, as well as LAN or W-LAN free of charge. Large bathroom with toilet, guest toilet, 2 gr. And a smaller bedroom .Wohn and dining area are also generous. By the Bodenheitzung even in cold, stormy weather nice and warm. I will gladly book there again. Everything went super easy.
G	Guido Reinecke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich eine sehr schöne Anlage. Aber man muss sich genau überlegen welches Haus man bucht. Zeitweise ist die Anlage auch sehr voll. Man kann leider auch nicht Sonntags abreisen bzw. man muss den Sonntag noch voll bezahlen und kann eigentlich erst Montags abreisen. Sollte man ein Reihenhaus buchen weil diese günstiger sind muss man Glück mit den Nachbarn haben. Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn man nur Deutsch spricht kommt man gut zurecht. Actually a very nice facility. But you have to think carefully about which house to book. The facility is also very full at times. Unfortunately, you cannot leave on a Sunday or you still have to pay in full for Sunday and can actually only leave on Monday. If you book a row house because they are cheaper you have to be lucky with the neighbors. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even if you only speak German you can get along well.

Die Häuser sind fast alle ok, leider gibt es auch wenige sehr dreckige Häuser. Die Bootsrampe ist gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal an der Rezeption. Immer Freundlich und hilfsbereit ? The facility is very nice. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrive and depart individually. The houses are almost all ok, unfortunately there are also a few very dirty houses. The boat ramp is good. I especially like to highlight the staff at the front desk. Always friendly and helpful ?
S	Sonja Cremers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Buchung über Nautic Rentals ist sehr einfach. Wir waren vor zwei Jahren auch schon einmal in Oude Tonge. Im Sommer ist es natürlich noch mal schöner für die Kinder, da man direkt vom "Vorgarten" aus ins Wasser springen kann. Wir hatten das Boot dabei, was wir direkt vor dem Haus im Wasser anlegen konnten. So kann man bei Lust und Laune jederzeit über den Kanal ins Gewässer schippern. Einen Schlüssel für die Slippe kann man gegen Pfand erhalten. Wir hatten Haus Kreek 6 gebucht, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Der Backofen hatte zwar eine kleine Macke, aber da wir ihn nicht wirklich brauchten, haben wir erst bei Abreise bescheid gegeben. Die Wohnküche war sehr geräumig und schön. Es waren auch alle Utensilien vorhanden, die man benötigt. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist auch im unteren Geschoss, ebenso eine Gästetoilette und ein kleiner Raum mit Waschmaschine. Im oberen Geschoss, an der Haustüre, liegen zwei Zimmer mit jeweils zwei Betten, bzw. einem Doppelbett und das Badezimmer. Eines der Zimmer hatte einen Balkon. Oude Tonge ist ein kleines Dorf, aber einige Gelegenheiten zum Essen, einen Aldi und einen Albert Heijn gibt es. Durch den Wald kann man eine kleine Mountainbike Strecke befahren. Wenn man Unternehmungen machen möchte, gibt es den FaunaPark in Nieuwe Tonge, Minigolf in De Heen oder Bergen Op Zoom, Bowling in Somelsdijk(Middelharnis) oder man fährt an den Strand nach Ouddorp (ca. 30 Minuten) mit anschließendem Stadtbummel in dem kleinen Örtchen. Das watersnoedmuseum in ouwerkerk ist auch sehr interessant. Und wer bei Sonnenuntergang mit dem Boot aufs Wasser fährt, bekommt meistens einen tollen Sonnenuntergang geboten ☺️. Booking through Nautic Rentals is very easy. We were already in Oude Tonge two years ago. In summer it is of course even nicer for the children, as you can jump into the water directly from the "front yard". We had the boat with us, which we could moor in the water in front of the house. So you can sail across the canal into the water whenever you feel like it. A key for the slippe can be obtained against a deposit. We had booked Haus Kreek 6, which we liked very much. The oven was a little flawed, but since we didn't really need it, we didn't let them know until we left. The eat-in kitchen was very spacious and beautiful. There were also all the utensils you need. The master bedroom is also on the lower floor, as is a guest toilet and a small room with a washing machine. On the upper floor, by the front door, there are two rooms with two beds or a double bed and the bathroom. One of the rooms had a balcony. Oude Tonge is a small village, but there are a few places to eat, an Aldi and an Albert Heijn. There is a small mountain bike route through the forest. If you want to do some activities, there is the FaunaPark in Nieuwe Tonge, mini golf in De Heen or Bergen Op Zoom, bowling in Somelsdijk (Middelharnis) or you can go to the beach in Ouddorp (approx. 30 minutes) followed by a stroll through the town . The watersnoedmuseum in ouwerkerk is also very interesting. And if you take the boat out on the water at sunset, you will usually see a great sunset ☺️.
