NederWoon Verhuurmakelaars Apeldoorn - Steenbokstraat 15-19

Before I found NederWoon I had a very hard time getting a rental. After I found NederWoon I got accepted at 4 rentals in 2 weeks! Highly recommended. There were some mistakes with the contract, but they got corrected, and everything worked out okay.

NederWoon was very helpful during the process of renting my new apartment. The employees that helped me were responsive and very kind.

Would not recommend this agency. They have horrible response times (if you are lucky enough to get a response) and are extremely unhelpful...really gives you the impression that they only care about money.

Not reccomendet!!!People You are big careful with NederWoon!They make apoitment many times with me and some my friends and never come in.The women from this agency is the bigest lair in Nederland.I was two time in Ermelo!!!Women from NederWoon make apoitment with me 15.15but she not coming!!Is prmoblem because im from Poland?I call for she many times is she not anser.

They only want your money and Nothing more. They charged us extra for fixing some Parts to the appartement with our deposit. Never told us or asked us if we can repair them. They hide a lot of informatie from you. Also they ask for 250€ extra added to the garantie. This is not allowed by Law. Do not rent from them. Really bad with finance. Still Waiting for the extra service cost we paid to be refunded.

This is the review for the NederWoon. The process of renting the property will take you approximately 2 weeks, the agency will not respond your emails until you call them, and even then they will never reply you! The customer service is awful, I have visited their office 3 times, and I had the viewing of the apartments twice, and after I decided to rent one, I have send the documents, but they only send it to the landlord after I came to their office and showed, that I send it. On Wednesday the said me I will get the contract on Friday, on Friday they are telling me it is not going to happen until Monday, as the landlord has to choose over the candidates. There is no word about candidates on their web page, and all the good reviews are fake. The NederWoon agency will always reschedule you, until you find the apartments by yourself. And they are not refunding my 30 euro too. So if you are looking for the shelter, than you better work with other agency. Dit is de recensie voor de NederWoon. Het proces van het huren van de woning duurt ongeveer 2 weken, het bureau zal uw e-mails niet beantwoorden totdat u ze belt, en zelfs dan zullen ze u nooit antwoorden! De klantenservice is verschrikkelijk, ik heb hun kantoor 3 keer bezocht en ik heb de appartementen twee keer bekeken, en nadat ik besloot er een te huren, heb ik de documenten verzonden, maar ze sturen het alleen naar de verhuurder nadat ik kwam naar hun kantoor en liet zien, dat ik het stuur. Op woensdag zeiden ze dat ik het contract op vrijdag zou krijgen, op vrijdag vertellen ze me dat het niet gaat gebeuren tot maandag, omdat de verhuurder moet kiezen voor de kandidaten. Er is geen woord over kandidaten op hun webpagina en alle goede beoordelingen zijn nep. Het bureau NederWoon zal u altijd opnieuw plannen, totdat u de appartementen zelf vindt. En ze betalen mijn 30 euro ook niet terug. Dus als u op zoek bent naar de opvang, dan kunt u beter samenwerken met een ander bureau.

New Update: deposit has been returned. This has taken a lot of time and the culprit - according to the intermediary - is the owner of the building not wanting to pay up. Now we move on to the restitution of service costs, which I hope is not a comparable scenario. We all know these are trying times but money that we invest as tenants should not be seen as money investors can freely play around with. This is a problem in the housing industry that needs to be addressed. To be continued. Update: the plot thickens, as many have not received their deposit from an entire apartment block (80+ apartments). Nederwoon now re-issues me a previously signed transferral document with new 'repair issues' mentioned. A check with current tenant reveals that there are no issues with the specified post (wall outlets). Don't know what game they are playing but I lost confidence. Deposit not returned after leaving the apartment (and together with the new tenant wrote up a perfect and accepted transferral document). This is the review you do not want to write but have to - because during the rental period all seemed well. It's been almost 16 weeks now (double the legally allowed timeframe) and I have not received my deposit back. Even the customer service is now fed up with how their own company works, as they sigh when telling me 'they'll make a note'. Even young people at this company now start to realize that the 'real estate cowboys' may not be the place to work these days. This review almost received two stars because you can actually contact these people and they do try to deliver services. Possibly back to more stars once this is resolved. I'd love to update the review once I know more, but for now they are not even responding to registered letters (a legal obligation) so they are in default.

NederWoon is the only agency that seems to care and do more than just their job. They go an extra mile. They were helpful and provided information that was clear to understand. I paid the fee and it was more than worth it.
