★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt schaamteloos slecht. Heb via de website een regenkap besteld. Deze vond ik mooi en wilde deze van de foto hebben. Netjes betaald duurde het bijna 2 weken voordat ik een regenkap in huis had. Maar deze lijkt in de verre verte niet op diegene die ik besteld had. Na bellen moest ik foto's versturen via de mail. Hierna kreeg ik een mail terug dat een regenkap een regenkap is. Ik weer gebeld omdat het misleidende verkoop is via hun website. Helaas willen ze mij niet helpen en terugsturen met geld terug lukt ook niet want deze is speciaal voor mij gemaakt. ? Iedereen pas aub op met kopen hier. Schandalige klandizie.
Really shamelessly bad. Have ordered a rain cover through the website. I liked this one and wanted it from the picture. Neatly paid it took almost 2 weeks before I had a rain cover at home. But this one doesn't look like the one I ordered in the distance. After calling I had to send photos by email. After this I received an email back that a rain cover is a rain cover. I called again because it is misleading sales through their website. Unfortunately they do not want to help me and sending back with money does not work because it is specially made for me. ? Everyone beware buying here. Scandalous patronage.
