★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Binnen enkele uren monteur aan de deur om defecte CV ketel te repareren. Vrolijkste en vriendelijkste man ever!!! Probleem snel opgelost en viel binnen de garantie. Heel erg tevreden met de service.
 Within a few hours a mechanic at the door to repair a defective boiler. Happiest and friendliest man ever !!! Problem solved quickly and was within warranty. Very satisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altijd tevreden geweest en veel nefit ketels verkocht aan klanten. Maar laatste tijd de service is ontiegelijk slecht. Laten mensen in de kou zitten als hun moeten komen . Sensor geplaats verplicht door hun in de topline. Gaat hij af. Komen ze over paar weken is. Toestel maar 10x te resetten dan weer nieuwe sensor plaatsen om mensen niet in kou te laten zitten. Zodat ze weer 10x kunnen resetten. Nefit weer gebeld of ze aub niet sneller konden komen. Na uur aan de lijn eindelijk gaan ze afspraak maken. En staat ketel nog op storing gaan ze gewoon weg. Zou onder garantie allemaal vallen ma sturen allemaal met een rot smoes gewoon een rekening. Elke keer wat laatste tijd. Voor mij geen nefit meer. Verkoop alleen nog maar Intergas weinig storingen en super service.
Always been satisfied and sold many nefit boilers to customers. But lately the service has been awfully bad. Leave people out in the cold if they have to come. Sensor placed mandatory by them in the topline. He goes off. They come in a few weeks. The device can only be reset 10 times, then place a new sensor to prevent people from sitting in the cold. So that they can reset 10x again. Called Nefit again if they could not come faster please. After hours on the line they finally make an appointment. And if the boiler is still on failure, they simply go away. Would all fall under warranty, but all send an invoice with a bad excuse. Lately every time. No more nefit for me. Only sell Intergas, few faults and super service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Лесно достъпно с камион. Бързо разтоварване. Безплатна топла супичка и кафенце за всеки. Единствено когато се засекат повече камиони тогава разтоварването се удължава, тъй като се използват само няколко от рампите. Въпрос на натовареност и може би малко късмет.
Easily accessible by truck. Fast unloading. Free hot soup and coffee for everyone. Only when more trucks are detected then the unloading is extended, as only a few of the ramps are used. A matter of workload and maybe a little luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided for rental CV ketel and it turns out that their service companies have no clue what they are doing. One of them destroyed our wall and installed CV chimney crooked and refused to cover the cost to fix it or come to fix it themselves. When we contact Nefit to complain, they clean their hands of responsibility and blamed it on the contractor. Better to go somewhere else
