★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor grote onderhoudsbeurt en apk afspraak bij nefkens gemaakt, heb ruim 4,5 uur kunnen wachten zonder dat er mankementen aan de auto waren, kreeg daarna een hoge ongespecificeerde rekening. In november 21 email ontvangen van nefkens dat ik bij 1e onderhoudsbeurt (na overname van driessen opel) een zgn vip kaart zou krijgen, deze heb ik ondanks reclamatie nooit ontvangen,
Had verder nog vragen over de zekeringen in de auto, deze middels diverse media gesteld doch email, contact formulieren etc worden niet beantwoord zelf een email aan de vestigingsmanager bleef onbeantwoord, arrogantie ten top.
Een andere dealer, van mossel, was echter wel bereidt deze informatie te verstrekken.
Voor de volgende onderhoudsbeurt ga ik naar een andere merkdealer danwel naar een vakgarage.
Made an appointment with Nefkens for major maintenance and MOT, I was able to wait more than 4.5 hours without the car being defective, then received a high unspecified bill. In November 21 received an email from nefkens that I would receive a so-called VIP card at the 1st maintenance (after taking over Driessen Opel), I never received this despite a complaint,
Had further questions about the fuses in the car, asked through various media, but email, contact forms, etc. are not answered, an email to the branch manager remained unanswered, arrogance at its best.
However, another dealer of mussel was willing to provide this information.
For the next service I will go to another brand dealer or to a specialist garage.
