★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the best ice cream in the Netherlands! I haven’t been to a better one ;) I like to get the salted caramel or the the chocolate ice cream. They have so many different flavors and the price is very good for a place that’s so highly acclaimed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This ice cream parlor came highly recommended and didn't disappoint! Many flavors to choose from, generous servings and very tasty. It was very popular considering that we went there on a Monday afternoon and there were maybe 5 people at the counter and another 10 or so seated inside. There is some seating outside as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here on a day trip from Amsterdam because I had heard that Nelis’ Ijjsalon had “the best ice cream in the Netherlands”. It was definitely worth the trip! My fiancé asked for “the best thing” and received the ‘Nutcracker’. I asked if any of the special dishes were GF and the lovely server made a few suggestions. I ended up getting something with cherries (can’t remember what it was called). They were maraschino cherries which I don’t really like the texture of, but Joe loves them. So he ate the cherries and I really enjoyed the rest! The service was great, the recommendations were perfect and it was a lovely spot overall! Highly recommend it. You’ll have to go back many times though... there are so many yummy things to choose!
