★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uitstekend geholpen bij het zoeken van een huis in de regio Haaglanden. Het was ook geen probleem om panden te bezoeken buiten de regio. Uiteindelijk een paar perfect huis gevonden en gekocht in de regio Delft. De hulp bij de onderhandelingen is cruciaal geweest voor ons succes.
Excellent help when looking for a house in the Haaglanden region. It was also no problem to visit properties outside the region. Eventually found and bought a few perfect houses in the Delft region. The assistance in the negotiations has been critical to our success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn moeder kwam vandaag om 1500 uur binnen in deze zaak. Zij kwam hier om verkoopcoumentatie voor een nieuwbouwproject op te halen. Hier kreeg ze te horen dat dit pas om 1600 uur beschikbaar was, terwijl deze documentatie recht voor haar lag. Tot haar spijt, mocht zij dit niet meenemen. Zeer klantonvriendelijke bedrijf. Niet flexibel. "We kunnen u niet anders behandelen dan andere klanten" voor 1 uur? Dat vind ik toch wel zeer spijtig. Voor zo'n grote investering, met absoluut 0 voordeel over andere klanten, vind ik dit onbegrijpelijk. Hier keren wij niet meer terug.
My mom entered this case at 1500 today. She came here to collect sales feedback for a new construction project. Here she was told that this was only available at 1600, while this documentation was right in front of her. To her regret, she was not allowed to take this with her. Very customer-unfriendly company. Not flexible. "We can't treat you differently from other customers" for 1 hour? I find that very regrettable. For such a large investment, with absolutely 0 advantage over other customers, I find this incomprehensible. We will not return here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monique Muller is one of the worst selling realtors I’ve come during viewings so far. When viewing an appartement for which she was the selling realtor, she actually hesitated to show me the storage space downstairs - noting that it would require her ‘ to go all the way down’ and also bluntly confessing that she’d not visited the storage space herself, and wasn’t sure if she had the key. If I would be the selling party, I would’ve been very disappointed with such service and level of knowledge.

This review is our second best option as officialy reporting them (through their own network NVM) costs money and would have amounted to nothing as they are protective of each other. Classic case of what they call a "handjeklap" where selling and purchasing makelaar had a silent agreeement to transact not in the best outcome for their client but themselves.
After spotting a house on Funda (still up for sale) we contacted Nelisse to inquire about a visit. We were then told by Mrs Postma that it was sold and could not be viewed. By happenstance we found out we knew the owners who then told us directly it was NOT sold and that they would welcome another bid as they only had one so far (below asking price) which is unusual to say the least in these shortages for housing. Makelaar begrudgingly agreed to have us participate in the bidding process after being told by the owners armed with our feedback. Owners ended selling to us for a much better price despite best efforts from makelaar to dissuade.
Contacts from then on with Mrs Postma were frosty to say the least given she was peeved at not being able to sell to who she wanted.
Just a really terrible ordeal in what should be a pleasant and exciting time for all parties.
