Not having your day is 1, but 3x when the fire brigade whizzes past and not spending a single customer-oriented second is really sad. 'K would have liked to walk out with 2 pairs of shoes from a nice brand, but thank you festive. Nice weekend

What an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We passed the whole family yesterday. The cashier even thought along about a discount that we had not yet thought of.
