Gepast in de honden manden, voldeed totaal niet aan de verwachtingen. Zelfde middag nog geretourneerd op eigen kosten. Worden niet terug genomen omdat er haren opzitten. Dan moet je het in plastic leveren. Baggerzaak... Never experienced such a bad company. Bought pillows which were not supplied in plastic. Fitted in the dog baskets, it didn't live up to expectations. Returned the same afternoon at your own expense. Will not be taken back because there are hairs on it. Then you have to deliver it in plastic. Dredging ...
F	Fora Limburg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goed advies voor elk ras. Onze joep is wat te mager, dus fijn dat er zoveel kundigheid is en veel te koop. Ook goed in de gaten wordt gehouden met een weeg schema. Weegschaal in de mooie winkel aanwezig.Ook logeerpartij is te plennen bij de familie laay. Onze roedel komt er graag. De service is ook fantasties, vergeet je keer brokjes te bestellen wat met een telfoontje wordt gedaan. Wordt er zelfs savonds thuis gebracht. Voor ons verdiend deze winkel 5 steren. Ga zo door! Good advice for any breed. Our Joep is a bit too skinny, so it's nice that there is so much expertise and a lot for sale. We also keep a close eye on a weighing schedule. Libra is available in the beautiful shop. You can also enjoy a sleepover at the laay family. Our pack likes to come there. The service is fantastic too, you forget to order snacks which is done with a phone call. Even brought home in the evening. For us, this store deserves 5 stars. Keep it up!

En waar bouw je op als je in goed vertrouwen online gaat bestellen? Juist ja mensvriendelijkheid. Daar scoren deze mensen echt niet hoog! Service vertrouwen en vriendelijk dat zijn de 3 regels. Kan je een cursus voor volgen! Misschien een tip voor dit bedrijf! Heard a story too crazy for words! Okay they will be absolutely great in their knowledge of ... But human knowledge / human-friendliness absolutely not. And what do you build on if you order online in good faith? Yes, human-friendliness. These people really do not score high there! Service trust and friendly, those are the 3 rules. Can you take a course for! Maybe a tip for this company!

Personeel denkt altijd goed mee. Mens en dier voelen zich thuis in de mooie de mooie winkel. Bereikbaarheid is super zowel bij de winkel als online. Nette prijzen. Kortom echte aanrader! Ik lees een aantal (negatieve) reviews van online shoppers, dat herken ik helemaal niet in de winkel. Very nice store, super friendly staff and many products from our favorite brand Ruffwear. I read a number of (negative) reviews from online shoppers, I don't recognize that at all in the store.

Onze geadopteerde hond kon nogal last-minute mee met een vlucht naar Nederland, waardoor wij heel snel een hele "outfit" bij elkaar moesten schrapen. Nena's Dogs & Cats was de enige winkel die álles verkocht (voornamelijk het merk Ruffwear), dus hier heb ik besteld. De bestelling was al gelukkig heel snel in huis en de producten waren allemaal top! Het enige was dat ik een bepaalde maat had besteld n.a.v. de maten op de website, maar tijdens het uitpakken bleek het een andere maat te zijn. Hierop heb ik meteen gebeld en werd vriendelijk te woord gestaan dat het, ondanks de verschillen, moest kloppen met de maat en als dat onverhoopt toch niet paste, kon ik weer contact opnemen. Toen de hond bij ons was, paste alles gelukkig. Ik ga hier zeker nog eens bestellen! Had a great experience at this store! Our adopted dog was able to join a flight to the Netherlands quite last-minute, so we had to scrape together an entire "outfit" very quickly. Nena's Dogs & Cats was the only store that sold everything (mainly the Ruffwear brand), so I ordered here. Fortunately, the order was delivered very quickly and the products were all great! The only thing was that I had ordered a certain size based on the sizes on the website, but during unpacking it turned out to be a different size. I immediately called and was kindly informed that, despite the differences, it had to be right with the size and if that did not fit, I could contact me again. When the dog was with us everything fit happily. I will definitely order here again!

Ik heb hier onlangs een regenjas voor mijn hond gekocht, het jasje dat ik oorspronkelijk had gekozen werd niet meer geleverd door de fabrikant, maar hier werd ik snel over geïnformeerd en er werden mij een aantal vergelijkbare opties aangeboden (mijn uiteindelijke keuze viel een paar euro duurder uit maar hiervoor hoefde ik nieteens extra te betalen). Het jasje werd spoedig geleverd en mijn hond heeft er inmiddels al veel plezier aan beleefd. Deze webshop kan ik iedereen van harte aanraden, afgezien van goede service hebben zij gegarandeerd de beste prijzen wat betreft Ruffwear producten. Great experience with this webshop! I recently bought a raincoat for my dog here, the jacket that I had originally chosen was no longer supplied by the manufacturer, but I was quickly informed about this and a number of comparable options were offered to me (my final choice was a few euros) more expensive, but for this I didn't even have to pay extra). The jacket was delivered soon and my dog has already enjoyed it a lot. I can heartily recommend this webshop, apart from good service they are guaranteed the best prices in terms of Ruffwear products.

Ik kan ook altijd terecht met vragen over opvoeding en andere zaken omtrent mijn pup. Ze denken graag mee en geven goede tips en adviezen. Ook super veel keuze en een zeer goede kwaliteit van de producten in een gezellige winkel. Daarnaast ook nog eens een hele fijne (gratis!) bezorg service. Kortom ontzettend blij met deze winkel in de buurt?✅ Very friendly and helpful staff with a lot of knowledge about nutrition and purchasing supplies for my puppy.
