★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Wednesday August 12th I was in this store and there is one male sales man mid twenties which is so incredibly rude it is unbelievable. This guy kept asking if I have an account (which I told him multiple times I have not) wanted to create it while I just wanted to buy coffee and leave. He really made feel so unwelcome, was so unfriendly and unprofessional. If you want to destroy your image within a company hire this guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a client at Nespresso and I have a Nespresso machine at home. I was at this shop in Breda with my wife today. They asked us if we want to test the new coffee. My wife and I got each a cup coffee. It was good and I wanted to buy. But before that, I saw that they have coffee capsules with milk in it. I asked if I can test one... the guy there said: “you already tasted two, are you gonna buy something!?”
And just before that he was watching us, I think he wanted to see if we are coming just to get free coffee.
I felt insulted and I didn’t taste the one with milk. I just bought the one we already tasted and took off. AND WOULD NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!
If you have open bar to taste coffee, don’t ask people if they gonna buy after. It’s embarrassing. Or just let us pay for the testers without insulting us.
