★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to try out a free month subscription just to see if it's worth it. After a week my free subscription was canceled for no reason and I got charged. Support said it was because some unusual activity but they don't know what exactly. The only advise I got from the support is that I can cancel my membership anytime with a smily emoji at the end. Great service, Netflix

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed! After I tried to update my card info, netflix charged me 4 times. I was not upset about that, errors happens, but when I called(3 times) they could not helped me to get my money back faster due to the protocol they have..... They cant send email to personal address..., The supervisor will not be able to help me.....Even if my bank wanted to speed the process. It is not professional to not have a different procedure for different situations. And it is not right to hold money if you can do an extra step to speed up the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my God I heard netflix was really terrible oh my God on the phone for 15 minutes with a guy in the Philippines who I couldn’t even understand and had chickens crowing for the first 10 minutes of our call and then when the sun came up about 15 minutes later the chicken stoped crowing.. I think it’s time to leave netflix and find some other streaming bad
