"... hier dürfen laut Bebauungsplan keine Bungalows errichtet werden.
Somit handelt es sich nur um freistehende Einfamilienhäuser oder Doppelhaushälften über zwei Etagen."
Da fragt man sich:
Haben die noch alle Latten am Zaun? Oder lebt man in Goch noch in den 50er Jahren?
Bei einem wegweisenden und die Stadt prägendes Bauvorhaben wird (trotz demografischen Wandels) nicht darauf geachtet, dass alte und behinderte Menschen auch das Bedürfnis nach schönem Wohnraum haben?
Nicht die richtige Zielgruppe?
When I asked if there are barrier-free houses there, I got the following answer:

You ask yourself:
Do they still have all the slats on the fence? Or do you still live in Goch in the 50s?
In a pioneering building project that has a major impact on the city (despite demographic change), it is not ensured that old and handicapped people also need nice living space?
