★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place in delivery orders. I waited 2.5 hours for the order to arrive after 35 minutes. They either do not answer the phone, or lie that the driver was but they did not find anyone and I am waiting at the door, or they say that the driver will soon or disconnect the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a pizza and modified the pizza to have no cheese. I unchecked the mozzarella box and the pineapple box. And wrote in the notes zonder kaas. I have a severe allergy to cheese if I eat it. The pizza came and I took a bite and had to spit it out because there was cheese on it. There was also pineapple on it when I asked for no pineapple. I called and they said “well to make a new one it’s going to take awhile, we’re busy now” and I said no I would like it as soon as possible. He said ok. 1 hour later, no pizza. I called for a refund. Unbelievable. 2 notes saying no cheese and a cheese allergy and they still put cheese on it. I have yet to receive my refund. Awful customer service. And terrible reading skills on the employees. They disregarded every note on my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this pizzeria. 10.07.2020 I ordered pizza at 18:50 o'clock. After an hour, I called NY pizza asking where my pizza was, they told me it would be in 15 minutes. I called again after 30 minutes and I didn't get any explanation, they just said I would get a refund. And to this day I haven't received pizza or money !!! The company does not respond to email, the service sucks!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2.5 weeks ago we ordered two pizzas. About 20 minutes later we received a call from them that they ran out of vegan cheese, thus we decided to cancel the order. We were assured on the phone that the money would be transferred back.
Contacted them the following week asking where the money was, they said they would send it within a couple of days.
A week and a half later, still no money on the account. Unfortunately, it looks like I am not the only one who has been treated like this. I wish I read the reviews before ordering at this place... Never again.
PS (edit): contacted them multiple times, my money is still not here after 3 months and no one cares. SCAMMERS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend ordered a snack box and the chicken box, but the first one was missing the garlic bread. Easy to scam people this late at night I guess, because we tried calling right after it was delivered but they were already closed. Very disappointing.
