★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment at 11:30. Turned up at 11:29. Sat around until 11:56 waiting then left. No apology, no estimation of when ‘my’ hairdresser would be ready, nothing. Sorry guys, unacceptable. Let’s see if the follow up is any better.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The barbers there all deserve 5 stars. They work on your hair for about one hour to style it. Even though I need a really simple haircut, they put their time and effort for one hour. The outcome and result is perfect. My hair grows in better shape, because of their skills. Would recommend here to everyone who likes professionalism from hairdressers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment at 11.50 with Jeffrey. I went there and I waited for 30-40 minutes until Jeffrey finished cutting his customer's hair. After that another guy that has been waiting got up and then Jeffrey started cutting his hair. I asked the guys what happened with my appointment and they told me that maybe another guy, I don't remember his name but his work was great, should cut my hair. I don't have a complaint about how my hair was done, my complaint is about appointments and time wasting. I wanted to get my hair done at 11.50 by Jeffrey and I was waiting 40 minutes and in the end not even Jeffrey took care of my hair
