★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruhige Fewo die aber renovierungsbedürftig ist. Betten sehr hart. Im Bad ein Flachspüler ( bääh ) nur eine Steckdose und keine Möglichkeit Handtücher auf zu hängen. Hier und da Schwarzschimmel. Gardinen rochen muffig. Sofa billigware wo die Federn das sitzen ungemütlich machen. Sehr hellhörig, wenn unten das Wasser läuft hört man es oben in der Fewo.
Quiet apartment but in need of renovation. Beds very hard. In the bathroom a flat washer (bääh) only a socket and no possibility to hang towels on. Black mold here and there. Curtains smelled musty. Sofa cheap goods where the springs make sitting uncomfortable. Very noisy, if the water is running downstairs you can hear it upstairs in the apartment.

Nice flat 2 rooms balcony large bathroom and a large kitchen with table nice and cordial owner the only downside is the lack of a washing machine
