★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele betrokken en toegewijde trainers, ze checken vaak bij je in om te vragen hoe het gaat met het trainen en om je te motiveren wanneer het net even wat minder gaat. De trainingen zijn zwaar maar effectief waardoor je snel goede resultaten behaald. De persoonlijke benadering waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met eventuele blessures of je medische achtergrond waren voor mij de reden om hier te komen sporten.
Very involved and dedicated trainers, they often check in with you to ask how things are going with training and to motivate you when things are going a bit less. The training courses are tough but effective, which means that you can achieve good results quickly. The personal approach that takes into account possible injuries or your medical background were the reason for me to come and play sports here.
