★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apeldoorn vind ik, als noorderling, een van de leukste steden om te bezoeken. Niet te groot, niet te druk. Genoeg te doen en zien. Mooie mix van horeca, niets mis mee.
I think Apeldoorn, as a northerner, is one of the nicest cities to visit. Not too big, not too busy. Plenty to do and see. Nice mix of hospitality, nothing wrong with that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je hoeft als huizenkoper niet veel te verwachten van dit nieuwbouwcentrum. Er is weinig beleving en interesse voor de klant. Informatie over de projecten is beperkt en soms zelfs foutief. Helaas kun je niet langs deze monopoly wanneer het op nieuwbouw aankomt. Wees dus alert!
As a home buyer, you don't have to expect much from this new-build center. There is little experience and interest for the customer. Information about the projects is limited and sometimes even incorrect. Unfortunately, you cannot pass this monopoly when it comes to new construction. So be alert!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben hier naartoe gegaan met vragen over de nieuwbouwwijk Ugchelen Buiten. Ik werd hartelijk ontvangen door de makelaar en kon met de vragen bij hem terecht. Uitleg met behulp van een grote plattegrond van de huidige wijk en waarschijnlijke toekomstige bouwfases.
