★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update sept 2020: opvallend dat op de satellietweergave van Google Maps (zie foto's) nog de situatie van twee jaar terug staat, met het wel erg opvallende kantoorpand-met-blauwe-glazenruiten. Het Bovenhuys staat al met al toch beter.
Update 2020: 't Bovenhuys is dit voorjaar opgeleverd. In het complex 36 vrijesector huurappartementen, met een prijskaartje 2020 (tussen de 865 en 1100 p/m, voor tussen de 60 en 85 m2).
Appartementen waar tot voor kort kantoren stonden. De toekomst zal moeten uitwijzen hoe dat gaat werken. Leegstand was een gevolg van het geloof in groei. Of er meer kantoorpanden aan de Molenzoom een andere invulling krijgen?
 Update Sept 2020: it is striking that the satellite view of Google Maps (see photos) still shows the situation from two years ago, with the very striking office building with blue glass windows. All in all, the Bovenhuys is better.
Update 2020: 't Bovenhuys was completed this spring. In the complex 36 free sector rental apartments, with a 2020 price tag (between 865 and 1100 p / m, for between 60 and 85 m2).
Apartments where offices were until recently. The future will show how that will work. Vacancy was a result of the belief in growth. Whether more office buildings on Molenzoom will be given a different interpretation?
