★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have browsed and shopped at this location for the last two years, spent at least a few hundred euros, not only that we have also given quite a bit of stuff back because we wanted to give back to the place that helped us out. Up until today the customer service we received at the shop but also by their pickup crew was amazing. Our experience with the current pick-up team was so disappointing, borderline gender inequal. My wife was told to shut up and was told she talked too much for trying to ask questions about their new policy for receiving items as their head mover was not interested in talking to my wife who is Dutch, whereas I speak minimal Dutch. Over the phone we were told we could not even return the furniture back despite the fact that we purchased them from there. We as a family are really disappointed with a volunteer talking down to those that wanted to give back to those that were helpful to us. A day before our move abroad, we were mistreated, and if this management of movers stays like this, I would not recommend this place to anyone. In a first world country like this, nobody deserves to be talked down to by anyone when everyone is and should be equal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great furniture at a great price level. Bought a chair, a sunbed, and a table for only EUR 20. Also bought a very nice ashtray for a mere EUR 0.5. Definitely will go again to find more interesting furniture and decoration items. The clothes collection is nothing too exciting though.
