Omdat mijn laatste bestelling (bij andere winkels) allemaal te laat aankwamen (sneeuw, corona, drukte, etc), had ik niet durven hopen dat ik mijn bestelde schaatsen nog optijd voor het weekend binnen zou hebben. Maar de volgende dag was het er gewoon! Met een leuke verassing erbij ook: pak chocomel en fryske dumpkes van de banketbakker. Bijgeleverd zat ook een retoursticker (welk ik niet nodig zal hebben, maar anders was het iig geen gedoe met printer en plakband geweest). Fijne winkel. Ik kan het zeker aanraden om hier te kopen. I don't often give 5/5 stars, but this place is really worth it! Because my last order (at other stores) all arrived too late (snow, corona, crowds, etc), I could not have hoped that I would receive my ordered skates in time for the weekend. But the next day it was just there! With a nice surprise too: get chocomel and fryske dumpkes from the confectioner. Also included was a return sticker (which I will not need, but otherwise it would not have been a hassle with printer and adhesive tape). Nice shop. I can definitely recommend buying here.

Omdat de bezorger van nieuw nieuw.com toch in de buurt was, werd de jas persoonlijk bij mij afgeleverd (hij reed dus speciaal "even" naar mijn huis). Binnen 24 uur had ik mijn jas in huis. Dat is nog eens service. Deze zaak is voor mij een absolute aanrader en heeft bovendien een mooie prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Just before Christmas I ordered a jacket and I was hoping that I would have the jacket at home for Christmas. Because the delivery person of new new.com was still in the area, the jacket was delivered to me personally (so he drove to my house for a "short time"). Within 24 hours I had my coat at home. That's service. This case is an absolute must for me and also has a good price-quality ratio.

Na 2e winterperiode wil ik hem dan maar eens wassen en zie allerlei naden los, en vulling er uit. Gaat om een jas van New Zealand Auckland. Foto's doorgestuurd en als antwoord gekregen dat garantie 6 maand is, volgens mij is wettelijke garantieperiode 2 jaar, in België alvast zo. Pro:Fast service and reply. Contras: 6 month warranty: ordered a jacket for €200, which I wear 1x a week in the winter. After the 2nd winter period I want to wash it and see all kinds of seams loose, and filling out. This is a New Zealand Auckland coat. Photos forwarded and received an answer that warranty is 6 months, I think legal warranty period is 2 years, in Belgium already so.
