★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als kleine zelfstandige gebruik je dus niet genoeg gas en zuurstof om dubbele huur te betalen! Dit riekt naar oplichterij en wij gaan weg na jaren klant te zijn geweest!
As a small self-employed person you do not use enough gas and oxygen to pay double rent! This smells like scam and we leave after years of being a customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor particulieren VEEL te duur geworden als slowmover (trage wisselaar) ging de prijs van de las gas cilinder van 20 liter naar de dubbele huur prijs per jaar.
Voor mij veel te duur als hobby lasser net volle cilinder dus dan maar leeg maken en contract beëindiging.
Fles door uitlenen aan derden eerder leeg laten maken zodat hij zo snel mogelijk retour kan ,in juli was het zo ver.
Het Depot waar ik wisselde was er mee gestopt.Toen maar een telefoontje naar nummer onder aan factuur.....jammer via webside telefoontje via Vlaardingen doorverbonden naar België.
Alleraardigste mervrouw vertelde mij ga naar eindhoven daar zit een depot bij een technische groothandel.
Die mij wel bekend was dus ik daar heen met de lege 20 liter cilinder stargon.
Wat ik daar te horen kreeg was niet zo mooi ze waren gestopt met depot van dat bedrijf maar hier heb je het telefoon nummer van de vertegenwoordiger veel succes.
Aller aardigste man gebeld kon ik terug naar helmond ander depot technische groot handel met automaterialen.
Ik daar maar weer heen me daar gemeld aan de balie, ja ga maar naar t magazijn hier achter daar regelen ze het voor jou.
Zo daar kreeg ik me een verhaal nou nou niet lovend maar ik was inmiddels van mijn fles af met keurig ingevuld een retour bon ondertekend en wel met vermelding einde contract reden te duur.
Het was 09 juli 2019 dus ik verwacht de maanden augustus t/m december in credit.
Jammer dus december 2019 aankondiging prijs verhoging over 2020.????????
Hoezo ik heb toch geen fles meer van hun.?...
Dus maar weer gebeld via Vlaardingen naar België alleraardigste mevrouw staat me te woord en neemt alles op ze zouden kontakt opnemen en of ik de factuur en de retourbon (bewijs van inlevering) kon inscannen en mailen naar het email adres onder aan de factuur zo gezegd zo gedaan JAMMER email niet meer te bereiken toen de vertegenwoordiger maar weer gebeld.
Na zijn email adres te hebben ontvangen en gemaild te hebben krijg ik na vele weken een bevestiging dat het allemaal was mis gegaan en nu verwerkt is. GELUKKIG !!
Na het jaar om is en we al weer twee weken in t nieuwjaar zitten verwacht ik een terug betaling.van 5 maanden.
Maar weer een email gestuurd met daar aan gekoppeld de eerder gestuurde e-mails zodat het allemaal inzichtelijk is voor de credit behandelaar.
Na een week verder te zijn een brief met de credit nota en het terug te storten bedrag.
Als ik de jaarhuur kosten deel door 12 maanden is een bedrag maal 5 maanden na inlevering cilinder kom ik op een bedrag het teruggestorte bedrag is daar net niet de helft van ????
Ik neem mijn verlies maar en ben blij van dit bedrijf te zijn verlost.
Kortom de correspondentie en papieren afwikkeling laat te wensen over blijkt ook uitde vele depots die daarnet meer mee samen kunnen werken.
Nippon gasses heeft praxair overgenomen en er gaat veel mis,tip voor de Japanners er is nog veel werk aan de winkel voor jullie.

For private individuals it has become MUCH too expensive as a slowmover (slow exchanger), the price of the welding gas cylinder of 20 liters went up to the double rent per year.
Far too expensive for me as a hobby welder just full cylinder so then empty and contract termination.
Have the bottle emptied earlier by lending to third parties so that it can be returned as quickly as possible, in July it was time.
The Depot where I exchanged had stopped. If only a phone call to number at the bottom of the invoice ..... a pity via webside phone call through Vlaardingen connected to Belgium.
Dearest lady told me go to Eindhoven there is a depot at a technical wholesaler.
Which I was familiar with so I went there with the empty 20 liter cylinder stargon.
What I was told there was not so nice they had stopped depositing from that company but here you have the telephone number of the representative good luck.
Called the nicest man I could go back to helmond another depot technical wholesale with car materials.
I went there again, I checked in at the counter, yes, go to the warehouse behind here and they will arrange it for you.
So there I got a story well not praising but I was now from my bottle with neatly completed a return receipt signed and mentioning the end of contract reason too expensive.
It was July 9, 2019 so I expect the months of August to December in credit.
Too bad so December 2019 announcement price increase over 2020. ????????
Why don't I have a bottle of theirs anyway? ...
So I called again via Vlaardingen to Belgium. Dearest lady, I am speaking to everything and they would contact me and whether I could scan the invoice and the return slip (proof of return) and email it to the email address at the bottom of the invoice. done JAMMER email no longer accessible when the representative called again.
After receiving his email address and having emailed me after many weeks I get a confirmation that it all went wrong and has now been processed. HAPPY !!
After the year is over and we are already two weeks in t New Year, I expect a refund of 5 months.
But again sent an email with the previously sent emails linked to it so that it is all clear to the credit handler.
After being a week further a letter with the credit note and the amount to be refunded.
If I divide the annual rental costs by 12 months is an amount times 5 months after surrendering the cylinder, I come up with an amount. The refunded amount is just not half of that.
I just take my loss and am happy to be released from this company.
In short, the correspondence and paper settlement leaves something to be desired, as is also apparent from the many depots that can work more with them.
Nippon gasses has taken over praxair and a lot goes wrong, tip for the Japanese there is still a lot of work to do for you.
