Ich hatte mein Gerät zur Reparatur eingeschickt. Dort hat man es dann kaputt gemacht (mechanisch) und mir Fotos von ---einem anderen Gerät--- zugemailt mit dem Vermerk, dass das Gerät keinen Defekt hätte. Dann wollte man doppelt so viel Geld haben wie ursprünglich vereinbart. Als ich das Gerät dann nach mehreren Wochen zurück bekam, war sowohl der ursprüngliche Defekt (wodurch das Gerät NICHT NUTZBAR war, deshalb auch die Fotos von einem fremdgerät) als auch die neue mechanische Beschädigung vorhanden. Da wurde mir dann auch klar warum ich betrogen wurde und man mir vorgegaukelt hätte, wie gesagt mit Fotos von einem ANDEREN Gerät, dass alles in Ordnung sei. Die haben das Gerät so stark mechanisch beschädigt, das es dadurch irreparabel wurde und das versuchte man mit krimineller Energie zu vertuschen. Ich bin immer noch fassungslos und habe nun demnächst einen Termin bei meinem Rechtsanwalt. Obiges spiegelt meine höchstpersönliche Meinung basierend auf meiner nachweislichen Erfahrung wieder und dient in keiner Weise dazu jemanden zu diffamieren oder derartiges.

I had sent my device in for repair. There they broke it (mechanically) and emailed me photos of --- another device --- with the note that the device was not defective. Then you wanted to have twice as much money as originally agreed. When I got the device back several weeks later, both the original defect (which made the device UNUSABLE, hence the photos from a third-party device) and the new mechanical damage were present. Then it became clear to me why I was being cheated and why I had been led to believe, as I said with photos from another device, that everything was okay. They mechanically damaged the device so much that it became irreparable and they tried to cover up with criminal energy. I am still stunned and will soon have an appointment with my lawyer. The above reflects my personal opinion based on my proven experience and is in no way intended to defame anyone or anything like that.
