Voor de mensen die lelijke dingen over NIVON schrijven : ga lekker naar van der Valk. Want indien je dit niet leuk vindt, hoor je waarschijnlijk daar thuis. Dit heeft karakter en biedt een geweldige locatie. Geniet daar van !
 You must understand this concept. Great building with cramped spaces. Functional, stylish but not luxurious. For people who write ugly things about NIVON: go to van der Valk. Because if you do not like this, you probably belong there. This has character and offers a great location. Enjoy it!
