β β β β β TL:DR Geweldige service en zeer klantgericht! Ben zeer goed geholpen bij een vrij gecompliceerd probleem en moeilijke omstandigheden.
Toen mijn dealer afgelopen winter failliet is gegaan en ik met een gestrande KTM 790 Duke zat, hebben de heren van NIWA Motoren mij met open handen ontvangen.
Zonder dat ze ook maar iets van de historie van de motor af wisten, hebben ze besloten mij te helpen door een diagnose te verrichten. Daaruit bleek dat een deel van de nokkenas gebroken was. Na een paar weken heb ik de KTM, netjes en schoon, thuisbezorgd gekregen met een werkende motor.
Alle communicatie is telefonisch en via de mail gegaan zonder enige problemen, omdat ik tijdens deze gehele periode in het buitenland verbleef.
Al met al een hele goede ervaring beleefd met NIWA Motoren!!!
 TL:DR Great service and very customer oriented! I have been very well helped with a rather complicated problem and difficult circumstances.
When my dealer went bankrupt last winter and I was left with a stranded KTM 790 Duke, the gentlemen of NIWA Motoren welcomed me with open hands.
Without knowing anything about the history of the bike, they decided to help me by performing a diagnosis. It turned out that part of the camshaft was broken. After a few weeks I got the KTM, neat and clean, delivered to my home with a working engine.
All communication has been by telephone and e-mail without any problems, as I was abroad during this entire period.
All in all a very good experience with NIWA Motoren!!!

β β β β β I just purchased a motorcycle from NIWA Motoren at the end of October. From the begging I really liked that they use Whatsapp and actually respond there. I had the pleasure to discuss with Bart which was awesome. We scheduled a time for me to visit the store and I was also able to test drive the motorcycle I wanted, with a foreign driver license (EU one).
