★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nog geen ster waardig.... Slechte aflevering, stoelpoot beschadigd ontvangen. Daarna dikke twee maand moeten wachten op een nieuwe. Dan ook nog asociaal te woord worden gestaan door de heer Doornbosch als er om opheldering wordt gevraagd, tot beledigd aan toe.
Not worthy of a star yet .... Bad delivery, chair leg received damaged. Then we had to wait two months for a new one. Then also anti-social speaking by Mr. Doornbosch when clarification is asked, to the point of being insulted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De ontvangst was bijzonder on persoonlijk. Je moest een medewerker aanspreken om iets aan te weet te komen. Ze waren met andere dingen bezig, dan met de klanten te helpen. Laat jullie medewerkers eens een kijkje laten nemen bij het Styling huis in Brielle. Dan kun je ze leren hoe je met klanten omgaat.
The reception was very unpersonal. You had to approach an employee to find out something. They were busy with other things than helping the customers. Let your employees take a look at the Styling house in Brielle. Then you can teach them how to deal with customers.
