NJ Model Management was founded in 2015 and is located in the heart of The Netherlands, Arnhem. The agency is founded by Naomi Jonker. NJ Model Management was the first Dutch modeling agency that offers personal management and is small-scale. 

Who is behind NJ? Naomi Jonker has learned the profession of a model booker from scratch. Photographing, scouting and guiding (young) girls towards the work of a model. A special treat for all models, because everyone is unique from inside and outside. I want models to feel confident and happy in their work. So that both models and clients are having a great time together. Trust and support is one of our top priority’s towards models and clients. Naomi is always there for you, whether you are a client, agency or one of our models. 

Also we don’t have a large un-comfy office. There is a in-house office at Naomi’s place where you feel yourself, happy and comfortable and have a safe base to fall back on in all the hectic that modeling entails. We have an amazing studio where you will also spent a lot of time with Naomi herself learning all the insides.
