Die Verkäuferin teilte mir mit, dass sie auf Anweisung der Geschäftsführung keinen Klebestreifen für das Etikett rausgeben darf. Kein Service - keine Sterne. The branch also serves as a shipping station for parcels. The saleswoman informed me that on the instructions of the management she was not allowed to give out any adhesive tape for the label. No service - no stars.

Den Kunden schlecht zu reden weil anprobierte Sachen nicht gleich wieder richtig gedreht darf nicht passieren. So so. The friendliness of the staff there left a lot to be desired. Talking badly to the customer because things that have been tried on are not turned right again must not happen.

Man fühlte sich von ihr gut beraten und ernst genommen und hatte nicht das Gefühl das man NUR der Kunde war, der Geld ran schafft. Auch fanden wir es dort sehr aufgeräumt und sauber. Man fühlt sich als Kunde willkommen und das bisher bei jedem Besuch dort. Kann die negativen Bewertungen hier nicht verstehen. Very friendly staff. The branch manager was very helpful and was very patient with us. You felt you were well advised and taken seriously by her and did not have the feeling that you were ONLY the customer who made the money. We also found it very tidy and clean there. You feel welcome as a customer, and so far with every visit there. Can't understand the negative reviews on here.
