β β β β β Fijne klantenservice! Per ongeluk zelf een fout gemaakt in de adressering, maar nadat het pakketje retour werd gezonden kwam hij toch netjes mijn kant weer op! Ik ben helemaal tevreden.
Great customer service! Accidentally made a mistake in the addressing himself, but after the package was returned it came neatly back to me! I am completely satisfied.

β β β β β Maandelijks bestel ik alle liquid en coils bij NLDamp. Altijd gaat het goed alleen de laatste keer is het pakketje van een kleine 50 euro na aflevering helaas door iemand meegenomen. Opzich kan NLDamp hier niets aan doen maar toch sturen ze mijn bestelling kostenloos opnieuw. Dat noem ik echt goede service en daarom neem ik nu de moeite om een review van 5 sterren te geven! Bedankt
Every month I order all liquid and coils from NLDamp. It always goes well, only the last time the package of just under 50 euros was unfortunately taken by someone after delivery. NLDamp cannot do anything about this, but they still send my order again free of charge. That's what I call really good service and that's why I'm now taking the trouble to give a 5-star review! Thanks

β β β β β Normaal heel tevreden maar ga vrijdag op vakantie. Woensdag besteld geen bevestiging gekregen wel betaald nu niet op tijd binnen. Heel teleurstellend.
Normally very satisfied but going on holiday on Friday. Ordered on Wednesday, no confirmation received, but paid now not on time. Very disappointing.
